LiST / B2BLiST bygger på att vi alla är uppriktiga, aktiva, att vi deltager, investerar vår tid och möda med inriktningen att ackumulera affärer till oss alla. B2BliST är ett forum för affärer an-tingen til resp från eller på lokal marknad, över gränserna, Pan Baltikum m fl riktningar. Ibland är det jag, som projektansvarig, annars en medlem eller annan som kommer med möjligheten och ideerna. Vår association arbetar oavsett säsong genom möten större eller mindre, dag- eller kvällstid, med teman eller utan. Att presentera och lägga fram affärsideerna under vår försorg eller paraply, att skapa möjlighet, att föra samman med affärsverksamhet annorstädes för att få tillstånd att se, vi, landet växa i vidd eller volym. Enkelt uttryckt ‘’Making Business Happen’’.

Medlemsskapsnivåerna återspeglar engagemang, med fler fördelar och tjänster allt eftersom.Vi är inte politiskt orienterade, endast affärer är tanken! Av skatteskäl och rent praktiska överväganden samlas allt under PRIME Staffing & Consulting SIA, dvs AB i Lettland.

I egenskap av att jag är projektansvarig, måste jag veta dina mål och tidsaspekter för att kunna prestera, men också erhålla uppdateringar om allt som ändras. Jag kommer anväda detta när jag talar med och inbjuder talare, deltagare, sponsorer eftersom jag möter många människor med olika agendor där saker tager olika lång tid, andra kortare att materialiseras. Det handlar om MATCHNING ! Bara kommentaren  ‘fler kunder’ är inte rätt svar, vi måste definiera mer tydligt och öppna up! Av det skälet skall vi slå oss ned och diskutera just Dina intressen och göra ett slags kontrakt emellan oss.

B2BLiST började egentligen redan 2007/2008 och var tänkt att motverka effekterna av krisen 2007- 2011 då vi märkte att ingen visste vad göra. I synnerhet ibland mina utländska kunder på som fann sig varande på utländsk mark. Det började med lunchmöten på fredagarna och ett ny-hetsbrev, PRIME Match som också kom att bli en tidning, för att föra samman människor även-som arbetssökande, i en avkopplad, vänlig miljö. Det fungerade bra och vi lyckades t o m placera människor trots det svåra läget! Med avsikten att vara ett gott föredöme men också en god grund för att snabba på utvecklingen, tog jag osjälviskt beslutet att inbjuda de flesta av mina kunder, många andra, de betalade medlemsskapet för de förstod att stödja och underhålla, men också att ge något av vad de drog in genom sina ansträngingar! Vi tog också fram ett jobb-sökar-med-lemsskap- och -system för att föra fram lovande individer för att skapa ett win-win. Resultatet lät inte vänta på sig, det var något helt nytt för Lettland, liksom medlemsskapet, så variationerna      i typen av evenemang ökade, där vi till sist nådde 21 per år! Denna gången börjar vi med 8-10 resp fler, tiden får utvisa! 2013 gjorde vi en paus eftersom tiderna hade ändrats och det värsta var över. Dock har jag sett väldigt liten förändring och tycker att så mycket mer kunde åstad-kommas, men att detta måste komma genom eget initiativ, att man hjälper varandra, inte sitter och väntar på en silverbricka som skall överbringa och som aldrig kommer, eller att EU skall börja ösa in pengar – ingen kommer för att hjälpa oss, det är egna initiativ som gäller!

Med Corona-virusets antågande har vi kunnat se hur oskyddade vi är, att vi förlorar initiativför-mågan, alldeles säkert våra inkomster, likväl som vi får över oss statliga, ojusta beslut! I detta ingår att vi också förlorar de kunder vi spenderat månader och år för att vinna för att bara se dem försvinna inför våra ögon, likväl våra förhoppningar om våra företag, hopp om goda karriärer och hedersamt liv. I stället utmanas vi! Av detta skäl, mer än någonsin krävs att vi egenföreta-gare, beslutsfattare, chefer ser till att komma samman och stå upp! Därför, när Du går med i LiST tillsammans med andra likasinnade skall detta vara Ditt medvetna val!

EVENTS

2020 Faced with the Corona virus hysteria, we just managed to run two events, early in the year.

 

 

On January 31, a Friday early evening, upon advise we ran an ‘’Italian flavoured evening on Italian food stuffs, Wine and Italy’’ and invited business managers, several with personal experience of Italy, some doing business with Italy. The purpose to learn, get acquainted, see opportunities and be able to interact with those that could know – AND for business in general, in a convivial atmosphere, end-of-week! Local shop-owner for iTiT, Gianluigi Rondano (20+ years in Riga), stood our host, but having had only 9 days to put it together, we felt we were not done and a date all could agree on was Feb 21. Both events filled up, business owners exclusively – as a result we enjoyed great Italian delicacies, wine and meeting new people.

People came from logistics, construction, office services, hospitality, trading, real estate management, consulting, energy, automation, branding, marketing, project management, educational training, and fashion just to mention but some. And from at least half-a-dozen countries…-Needless to say, our excellent host, Gianluigi benefited, and all of us left with smiles – as it should be!  A posteriori! /HenrikM 

P.s. It has been understood his wines (very elegant and tasty, sourced by himself, in Italy) are unique, and his Grappa, in value for money – is exceptional!:). At Kr Valdemara 137-K1, Riga. Gianluigi’s opening hours are week days, number of deliveries decide circa 13:00- 19:00, Saturday’s 13:00-17:00. Gianluigi speaks Latvian, Russian, Italian and English !
